- The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

- The artist retains all copyrights to all images, and may reproduce them for profit at any time.

- The commissioner has rights only to their characters, and not to the art itself. It may NOT be reproduced in any way.

- The artist is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

- After three major edits in a piece, the artist will charge extra.

- The artist will not portray anything illegal.

- After three months of no communication from a commissioner, the artist may alter and resell the piece, with no refunds to the original commissioner.
